Wikibugs is the Wikimedia Bug Reporter IRC Bot. Wikibugs reports to Wikimedia's various IRC channels when it detects relevant activity in Tasks, Bug Reports and Patches / Code Reviews. This is done by consuming activity feeds from Phabricator and Gerrit and matching activity to specific IRC channels which are subscribed to that activity.
